While planning my wedding and the catering services, she was always easy to get ahold of, quickly got back to me and was so pleasant to work with. The food was fantastic, and they customized our menu to work perfectly with so much flexibility for us and our 180+ guests and vendors. The staff was sure to bring my husband and I food all night because they knew we wouldn’t have gotten a chance to eat otherwise (typical bride and groom behavior) and it was so appreciated! "Amanda and her team are awesome! We had our outdoor wedding in our Cape May Point rental house was well planned until a unnamed catering company was not responding to us after three in person meetings. We contacted Shore Side Catering two weeks before our wedding. We met with Amanda and she was very professional and made some excellent suggestions. Her team showed up on time and set up very quickly. At the end of our event they did an excellent job of cleaning up. The buffets they set up was delicious and plentiful. Amanda help make are wedding day perfect."

"Amanda and Shore Side Catering went beyond expectations at my wedding in Cape May. Throughout the planning process, Amanda was constantly available and was an absolute pleasure to work with during a stressful time. She hosted my 35 person wedding in a Cape May Victorian beach home with passed hors d'oeuvres and a buffet dinner. Every single guest raved about the food and the personable and professional staff. The beef tenderloin with the demi glaze and the salmon with crab imperial were huge hits.
In addition to providing amazing food and service, Amanda and her team went above and beyond by washing dishes, clearing plates, and keeping the whole day running. My husband and I ad our families were completely thrilled how the food turned out and what an enormous help Shore Side wnas on a day where everyone was pitching in. "EJ, we are still talking about your food. It was amazing. I had the salmon and my kids said I need to learn what you did to it because they both loved it. The Pasta Primavera was one of the best I have ever had! Though I missed the Chicken Marsala, a number of people for Sunday Brunch along with my hubby raved about it! Amanda, words can not express how grateful my sister in law (Chris, Karen sister) and I are for all the help you gave us! "We were very happy with our experience with Shore Side Catering. We had our son's wedding rehearsal dinner in a lovely home in Cape May catered by SSC. We never met Amanda just spoke over the phone...needless to say we were nervous. The night could not have turned out better. Amanda and EJ arrived promptly..food was set up within 1/2 hour. The appetizers were amazing..the entrees were delicious. The guests were pleased. Amanda and EJ were excellent..setting up, serving and cleaning up. Amanda, I can't thank you enough for the wonderful job you did with my dads 90th birthday party. When we first starting chatting about this party you told me your goal was to make it as simple as possible on the people throwing the party. You were right! We all had so much fun because you took care of everything. The food was great! The mussels in red were a huge hit! With 3 chefs in the family we are not always easy to please but you and your chef were terrific! Thanks too for patiently handling my phone calls and emails. "Shoreside Catering did a 17 person Bachelorette Dinner for my daughter in May and I cannot recommend them highly enough. We live in the Washington DC area, the girls were staying in a huge house in Cape May and everything was done over the phone. Asboutely everything was done beautifully from setting the table to the passed hors'doeurves to the seated dinner with courses, pouring the wine at dinner, serving dessert - everything! Not to mention that the girls LOVED the food. We offered a choice of entrees - a salmon with shrimp and champagne sauce and a stuffed chicken and girls loved both. They also raved about the passed appetizers - a bruchetta and a caprese sticks. Finally, I would also like to mention that Amanda, the co-owner got back to me right away all the time. As you can imagine having never met her and doing it all over the phone and I would not be there = lots of calls. I would give them a 10 out of 10 which I can't recall even having done before." -Linda Thompson Dean
